Most enquiries are made through forms on my website.

The website is hosted and operated using Squarespace. When you submit an enquiry form, the information you provide is sent to my business Gmail account so that I can respond to your enquiry.

You may also provide information directly by email or during discussions about a photography booking.

How I use your information:

I use your personal information to:

  • Respond to photography enquiries

  • Discuss your requirements and availability

  • Arrange and manage photography bookings

  • Provide the photography services you have requested

  • Communicate with you about your booking

  • Deal with invoices, payments and other necessary business administration

  • Google, which provides the Gmail service used to receive enquiries

  • Other service providers where necessary to provide my photography services or meet legal, accounting or business requirements

I will only share information where it is necessary and appropriate for the relevant purpose.

How long I keep your information:

I keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

If an enquiry does not result in a booking, I may retain the information for a reasonable period before securely deleting it.
